Individual Therapy
I provide in-person therapy in Sellwood, SE Portland, and telehealth throughout Oregon and Washington. I see clients Tuesday–Friday, 9am–4pm. A limited number of reduced-rate spots to support accessible, sustainable care are available. I also offer a free 20-minute video consultation to see if my approach matches what you’re looking for in therapy.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services before beginning care. This estimate outlines anticipated fees for scheduled services and helps you understand potential out-of-pocket costs. If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charges. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Insurance
I am in network with Moda and PacificSource. For other insurance plans, I can provide you with a statement to seek partial reimbursement using out-of-network benefits. Please call your insurance company directly to determine your eligibility for out-of-network benefits.
Cancellation Policy
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, I ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $175 fee applies, regardless of insurance coverage. However, if you’re able to reschedule for another available time within the same calendar week, there is no charge. I also offer each client a one-time courtesy pass for their first late cancel or no show, and I do my best to extend flexibility and understanding in true emergencies, such as an ER visit, car accident, or other unexpected crisis.
